We offer a complete service to anyone hiring a yurt. We erect the yurt for you and then return after your event to take it down and away. All you need to do is decide where you’d like us to put it and then enjoy it!

To make our yurts stylishly comfortable we can furnish them with a variety of soft furnishings. We have double and single futons, which make lovely sofas and chairs during the day and then just fold out into mattresses at bed time. We can supply you with gorgeous mellow Asian carpets and as well as colourful Moroccan blankets for draping over the futons along with a scattering of Turkish cushions and saddle bags to compliment it all. We have low wooden tables and various sizes of oak shelves. Once it gets dark our candle lamps will add that lovely warm glow to the yurt; we leave you enough candles and tea lights to get you started. To keep warm and cosy you can hire one of our wood burners; we include a complimentary basket full of logs, some kindling and matches.

Our yurts are used for many different purposes. Couples often hire our smaller yurts for their wedding night or weekend or they can be used by people just wanting something different to camp in – it’s worth bearing in mind that we’re happy to put up a yurt up on a campsite of your choice and then return and take it away at the end of your holiday. Maybe you need an extra room for guests, even at Christmas and New Year yurts are very cosy with the log burner going.

Our larger yurts have also been put many uses such as wedding ceremonies or receptions, birthday parties, storytelling events, face painting and other children’s activities, VIP reception area, yoga and meditation classes, chill-out spaces and even as a camp for a canoeing party. The list of suitable applications for yurts is endless.

Our yurts are now starting to get booked up for events through to 2010 and yurts as Christmas and New Year’s Eve party venues seem to be becoming very popular. All of our yurts provide fantastic spaces for parties giving your event a real wow factor!

Prices for hire are detailed below; additionally we charge for delivery which is calculated using viamichelin route planner for the round trips from our base in Herefordshire to the location at 65p per mile.

Furnishings are also extra, but being of a wide range it is best to contact us to discuss your requirement and we can give you a complete quotation.
